52nd Annual Silver Spoons Awards Tea
The Women's Division of the Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce is proud, for the 52nd consecutive year, to be hosting the Silver Spoons Tea. The Silver Spoon Award was started as a way for the community to honor the top volunteer from the non-profit organization that serve Garden Grove.
