Garden Grove City Council meeting. If you wish to bring an item to the City Council's attention, you may do so by writing to the City Council. Material should be sent to the City Clerk at City Hall, P.O. Box 3070, Garden Grove, CA 92842. A copy of your material will be distributed to all City Council members.
As an alternative to writing to the City Council, citizens may address the City Council during the Oral Communications portion of the meeting or during public hearings. Persons wishing to address the City Council must first complete an information card, available from the City Clerk at the meeting.
