To qualify for no-cost Breast Cancer Screening Mammogram and a no-cost $10 gift card you must: be 40 years old or over; be low-income; have no or limited insurance; have not received these services through Medi-Cal or another government-sponsored program; live in California; have not had a mammogram in the past 12 months.
