Walmart Fundraiser for CHOC!

On Friday, June 5th at 10:00 a.m., Walmart, 11822 Gilbert St., Garden Grove is having a fundraiser for CHOC-Children's Hospital of Orange County to help support Children's Miracle Network. Walmart has a target of raising $22,000 with the proceeds directly going to CHOC. Garden Grove Police Chief Todd Elgin and Garden Grove Fire Chief Tom Schultz will be at the Walmart in support of the fundraiser. The two Chief's will be locked in a homemade jail in support of this worthy fundraiser. Chief Elgin said, "Walmart is a strong supporter of giving back to the community and CHOC is an important part of specialized pediatric care. The Police and Fire Department believe in supporting this fundraiser and encourage the community to come out and support this event."
